The evaluation takes place from the moment we first contact reservations to the moment we leave the property. Detailed in nature, it can be used to increase revenues, provide a higher level of service, expose loss-prevention problems and reduce theft.
When the evaluation is finished, it's then time to sit down for the first of several follow-ups with you and your management team. Here we'll discuss our findings, provide suggestions for improvement and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your staff. You'll see written information as well as detailed scoring criteria that encompasses AAA standards, Mobile standards and our own standards that will be valuable to your particular situation.
