The information from your evaluations is strictly confidential and will be stored in a secure database. With easy access, you can review past evaluations and graph specific trends for your hotel. For example, if your arrival scores were low but the management team has been working on improvement, you can quickly discover if that is being accomplished.

Not only can you track trends, but you can also compare your hotel to other similar hotels. With the HA Interactive comparison feature, you can compare your scores to
